A vegetarian (or vegan) Christmas menu ready in an instant with our
Christmas menu-packages. We provide you and your company the whole
evening of a delicious 4-course dinner, you only need to warm it up!

The menu consists of four dishes and is also available as vegan. In
addition, it is possible to add a cheese platter with cheeses from
‘Bourgondisch Lifestyle’ to your order. And finally we have a selection of
matching wines. If you select the “wine pairing”, you get all the four
bottles with a 15% discount!

Pax Vinum Cava Savia Viva Brut – 22
Parellada, Macabeo, Xarel-lo. Penedes, Spain
A fresh, dry Cava with a soft texture and many small bubbles. Aromas of
apple, pear and white flowers.

Betuws Wijndomein Linge Cuvee Barrique – 28
2018, Johanniter, Solaris, Souvignier gris. Betuwe, the Netherlands
The vines for this wine are located alongside the winding Linge, in the
Betuwe. Consisting of three grape varieties that are perfectly suited for
the Dutch climate. The wine is soft and light with notes of tropical fruit,
but is slightly buttery due to the wood maturation it underwent.

Antica Tenuta Pietramore – 25
2017, Montepulciano. Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Italy
Beautiful full wine from Chieti and Teramo in Abruzzo. Scents of rose
petals, currant and plum come together with some Mediterranean herbs
such as thyme and bay leaf. Expose the wine to oxygen, to help develop
it’s bouquet.

Maurer Zlatni Papagaj – 25
Furmint – gewürztraminer
A white dessert wine made according to a local 800 year old tradition.
Consisting of typical Hungarian and German grapes with Botrytis (noble
rot). This creates sweet honey scents and a slight syrupy texture. The
perfect companion for a sweet dessert.
