De Waaghals (meaning daredevil in Dutch) is a vegetarian restaurant with an infomal atmosphere, but with a sophisticated and creative cuisine. We serve a 3- or 4-course surprise menu with vegetarian or vegan dishes, inspired by the flavours from all around the world. Our menu changes regularly with the season. We avoid using so-called “meat substitutes”, but create dishes revolving around vegetables which are original and will surprise you. De Waaghals excists already since 1981 and is still visited by both vegetarians and vegans as well as omnivors!
