Don’t miss out on this new dish! From next wee Don’t miss out on this new dish! From next week we will serve smoked carrots with a curry madras sauce, a cream of sunflower seeds, crispy sunflower seeds, coriander and lime zeste. We pair it with a bio-dynamic wine from the Roussillon which is made from Muscat d’Alexandrie, Muscat Petit Grain and Viognier. The grapes had 24 hours of maceration and cooled fermentation, which results in a beautiful pure, juicy and fresh wine with hints of flowers, apricots and some grapefruit.
