ASPARAGUS NIGHTS

The season of white asparagus – also known as white gold – is here, and we’re celebrating it with three special evenings entirely dedicated to this springtime favorite!

📅 May 26, 27 & 28 | 5-course surprise menu | €66 p.p.

For this asparagus edition, we’ll be serving a five-course menu with asparagus featured in every dish: from classic to creative. As always, we will work with beautiful seasonal ingredients, such as fresh rhubarb, young peas, and punchy wild garlic.

The entire menu is plant-based, free from animal products, but full of flavor and creativity.

On these evenings, we will only be serving the asparagus menu. Please let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies in advance, we’ll gladly accommodate them.
